SENNA
senna alexandrina
This large, long-lived herbaceous is a popular, leafy plant with bright yellow flowers that are a favorite of bumble bees. Its seeds are also a popular food for larger birds such as turkeys. The Senna is also a nitrogen-fixer, in the legume family, which helps build healthy soil. In summation, this plant is very beneficial to our garden.
