The Joe Pye weed is a giant, sun loving native that sprouts a very attracted purple flower with a stem of a similar shade. This six-foot plant is a popular destination for pollinators due to its sweet nectar and attractive color. It requires moist soil and sunshine to grow, but is a beautiful addition to our landscape.
